Factory gutters are usually installed as an integral part of the roof and are very difficult to maintain and in most cases, almost impossible to replace without removing large sections of the roof!
Over the years and persistent bombardment by the elements, coupled with possible building movement, these gutters begin to corrode and at the very minimum, the seams begin to leak.
This can cause a real problem to stock stored and personnel working beneath along with potential water damage to the building itself.
The Solution
Our solution is to line the guttering with fibreglass to create a one piece, sealed, seamless gutter within your own. The fibreglass is moulded into the downpipes and can be finished in colour of choice (usually grey).
The fibreglass lining can be applied to both valley and edge gutters. In some instances, the roof sheets overlap the guttering making it impossible to access but in most cases the job is workable and our site survey will determine this.
